The Denver Zoo exhibits more than 2,600 animals representing more than
600 species, in naturalistic habitats. The newest
addition is Tropical Discovery, the Zoo's 22,000 square foot, tropical
rain forest, which sits beneath two, giant glass pyramids.
Other highlights include: Giraffe, Pachyderm, Feline and Primate houses,
Bird World; and Sheep Mountain. Adults $6.00,

With 40,000 works of art the DAM has the largest most comprehensive
art collection between Kansas City and Los Angeles.
The American Indian art collection stands as the finest and most extensive
of its kind in any art museum.
The expanded Denver Art Museum complex opened October 7, 2006. They
expect large crowds through opening season, so plan ahead to make the most
of your visit.

Saturday & Sunday 9 am–5 pm
Closed Monday's
The museum is closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas.
